Imagin Molecular Corporation Announces Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

OAK BROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2006--Imagin Molecular Corporation (OTCBB:IMGM) announced today that its Board of Directors has named Joseph Oliverio Chief Executive Officer. Imagin Molecular Corporation is the parent company of a number of subsidiary companies which is dedicated to business opportunities in Positron Emission Tomography (PET) manufacturing and the diagnosis of cancer, heart disease and neurological diseases. Mr. Oliverio joins Imagin Molecular Corporation through a previous agreement with PET Management Services. Mr. Oliverio will lead the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Imagin Nuclear Partners.

Mr. Oliverio is also President of Positron Corporation, a pioneer in PET imaging devices. Positron will play an important part in Imagin Nuclear Partners ability to deliver the most cost effective PET devices to all affiliated imaging centers. Prior to joining Positron Mr. Oliverio was Chief Operating Officer of a private PET practice owned by Michael E. Merhige, M.D., operating within Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, named the Heart Center of Niagara, one of the countries most successful coronary disease reversal and prevention centers.
